Our story
In 2019, we founded The Future Collective from our home, with a shared belief that design is a powerful tool for solving complex problems and shaping the future of organisations.
Together we bring more than 40 years of experience advising global organisations across brand strategy, retail, innovation and digital transformation. Through that experience, we saw an opportunity to build something different.
Our vision was to create an agency that was truly designed for the future.
We deliberately built The Future Collective differently from traditional consultancies. The people you meet are the people doing the work. There are no layers separating ideas from execution and no handovers between teams. Instead, our clients work directly with our collective, meaning every challenge benefits from combined expertise across strategy, brand, research, design and innovation.
Alongside us is a core team of strategists, designers, and innovators- and what unites us all is our love for the transformative nature of creativity and design. Our work helps leaders cut through complexity, challenge assumptions, and focus on the problems that truly matter.
And as the collective has grown and evolved, so have the challenges we have set out to face.
Our approach to any challenge is people first, and we have built many meaningful client relationships that have grown as we have evolved. Something that connects all of our clients is the question of how to navigate complexity with clarity, and this is a challenge that drives us forward every day.
We have spent the past six years evolving and preparing for what’s next, excited by the pace of change, and we see this everyday reflected through the energy of our team.
Our approach began as designing for better, and has now undergone a powerful evolution: designing for progress, in whatever form that may be. Within our work we are pioneering progress and helping brands like Oracle NetSuite and Henley Business School unlock meaning and drive the future.
