Oracle AI Live: Future Stores London
Challenge
As AI accelerates across every industry, organisations are facing a much deeper and more human question: not what technology can do, but what it asks of the people, cultures, and systems around it.
For Oracle, the opportunity was to move beyond product and platform, and create a space for real, grounded conversation. A way to bring their thinking to life physically, engaging senior audiences through a powerful shared experience.
The challenge was to create something that could hold that complexity. A platform that could connect industries, perspectives and people, and make sense of one of the most defining shifts of our time.
Our Role
Our partnership with Oracle NetSuite has always centred on shaping future-facing conversations across industries.
Building on our Futures work, we identified an opportunity to take this thinking beyond reports and into a live environment. To create a space where insight, experience and dialogue could come together.
We helped shape the concept for Oracle AI Live, a week-long experience designed to explore the realities of AI across industries, and what it truly means for organisations today.
Throughout the week, our role focused on framing the conversation. Each day, our co-founders Matt and Kate delivered the Industry Perspective, setting the context for the conversations and grounding the discussion in the organisational challenges leaders are facing.
Our Approach
Oracle AI Live unfolded over five days at Future Stores London, each day exploring a different sector: Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing & Wholesale Distribution, Financial Services, and Retail, Hospitality & Restaurants.
While each industry brought its own lens, the intention was to surface shared patterns, tensions and opportunities emerging across them.
Our Industry Perspective keynotes were designed to connect these threads. Moving beyond technology, they focused on the structural shifts shaping organisations, helping audiences step back and make sense of what is really changing.
This was complemented by a wider programme of talks, roundtables and discussions, bringing together industry experts from Oracle alongside academics from Henley Business School, creating a dialogue between practice and theory.
Future Stores provided the physical setting for this exchange. A space designed for immersive brand experience, enabling a more human and connected way to engage with complex ideas.
Impact
Across the week, one thing became clear: while each industry faces its own nuances, the underlying challenge is shared.
Oracle AI Live created the conditions for leaders to step back from the pace of change and engage in more meaningful, reflective conversations. It provided a space to share perspectives, challenge assumptions and build a clearer understanding of what comes next.
More than anything, it reinforced the enduring value of human connection. At a time when conversations are often fragmented and transactional, bringing people together in a physical space created real depth, openness and clarity.
The experience positioned Oracle as a driving force behind industry dialogue. And for us, it marked a powerful step in how futures thinking can be brought into live environments, shaping the conversations that matter most.
