Oracle NetSuite operates in highly competitive, fast-moving markets where technology capability alone is no longer enough to differentiate.
As AI and digital transformation reshape organisations, they needed to strengthen their positioning beyond product capability. The ambition was to be seen as more than a platform provider, but a credible authority on the future of business, engaging senior audiences with strategic clarity.
Our Role
We partnered with Oracle NetSuite to build brand authority through insight-led thought leadership. Our role was to help define the conversation in key industries, creating futures-focused intellectual property that Oracle could genuinely own and activate.
Retail Futures: Tomorrow’s Vision, is the first of this thought-leadership series, positioning Oracle NetSuite as a trusted and visionary voice in retail’s future.
Our approach
We began by conducting futures research and macro trend analysis, identifying the shifts that truly matter across the retail industry.
Developing clear, ownable points of view grounded in research, we translated complex futures thinking into accessible and credible narratives. Our report serves as a key asset that has been activated across marketing, sales, events and executive engagement.
It combines extensive research across global retail macro transitions with strategic stakeholder interviews, including primary insights from Oracle NetSuite, to map the forces reshaping commerce with a 3-7 year horizon, identifying three interconnected pillars reshaping retail's future:

Our Futures series allows them to lead category conversations across industries, with a set of valuable assets that support new business conversations.
