It’s our journey with AI that has really helped us embrace the uncertainty as we move at such a rapid pace in Industry 5.0. With change happening so fast, we can’t just hide in the wardrobe and hope that AI will go away. It’s here to stay.
We’ve seen the undeniable benefits within our own team, not only from a creative and strategic standpoint, but also a managerial one. We’re all learning to embrace AI, as it is helping us to learn new skills. As well as our creative explorations, the quality of our working life balance has gone up, which is so important to us.
But, with the rise of augmentation, the value of our human work and skills is so much more important. The inputs we give are driving the true value of our work. We’ve moved from automation to augmentation, and that just makes our humanity even more valuable.
After such a deep level of experimentation with the capabilities of AI, we realised that getting started in itself is one of the biggest things holding people back right now. Getting started is enough.
Even so little as one hour per day, for us, could be enough to augment your own human capabilities, and move with the speed of change.
