Leading with Intelligence
26 questions shaping 2026: a futures-led playbook for Oracle NetSuite that frames intelligence as an operating-model evolution, not a technology rollout.

Across every industry, leaders are navigating an environment in which decisions move faster, complexity continues to rise, and resources remain under pressure. This shift raises new questions about decision ownership, accountability, and how human judgement and intelligent systems work together at scale.
Oracle NetSuite needed to strengthen its authority in this shifting landscape, positioning itself not simply as a technology provider, but as a trusted strategic voice helping leaders shape what intelligent operations truly mean for the future of business.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Oracle NetSuite, we created Leading with Intelligence: 26 Questions Shaping 2026, designed to help leaders navigate the transition with confidence and explore what it takes to operate in this new environment.
Our role was to move the conversation beyond tools and capability, and instead frame intelligence as an operating-model challenge. Through four connected forces — Technology, Trust, Truth and Togetherness — we developed a futures-led thought-leadership playbook that treats intelligence as an evolution of how organisations work, not a technology rollout.
We began by exploring the structural forces reshaping how organisations operate as AI becomes foundational rather than experimental. Instead of trend commentary, we built a question-led framework designed to provoke strategic reflection and practical action.
Not what AI can do, but what organisations need in place for embedded intelligence to deliver real value.
The questions reflect the realities leaders are facing as intelligence moves from experimentation into everyday execution. As intelligence becomes a standard part of how organisations operate, clarity becomes a strategic asset: the organisations that succeed will be those that align technology, data and people around a shared operating model and design their systems with intent.
The questions within each section act as a practical tool, helping organisations assess their readiness to operate with intelligence at the core of everyday operations — and helping leaders decide where to focus, what to fix and how to move faster with confidence.

Through this work, Oracle NetSuite elevated its positioning beyond product capability and into operating-model leadership. Leading with Intelligence gives senior decision-makers a structured lens for navigating AI integration, a shared language for executive conversations and a strategic framework for evolving how work gets done.
It positions Oracle NetSuite not just as enabling intelligent operations, but as helping leaders design them.
