An immersive e-learning programme and film series that bring a century of nuclear history to life for new starters at Veolia Nuclear Solutions.

Veolia Nuclear Solutions (VNS), a division of the Veolia Group, delivers world-leading technologies and services for facility management, decommissioning and radioactive waste treatment.
Backed by a century of expertise and a global network, VNS developed a comprehensive training programme to introduce employees to the nuclear industry and its rich, complex history.
How can we distil over 100 years of discoveries, pivotal events and complex narratives into a training experience that educates, engages and inspires?
Partnering closely with Veolia’s team of experts, we brought the story of the nuclear industry to life through a series of immersive e-learning modules.
Guided by the Veolia brand, we crafted visually compelling templates that seamlessly integrate informative content with design. These templates ensure consistency across future modules, building a cohesive and engaging training experience.
The heart of the programme lies in its storytelling. We developed a suite of films that illuminate defining moments in nuclear history — from Marie Curie’s pioneering discovery of radium to the haunting stories of the Radium Girls. We explored the race to develop the first atomic bomb, the rise of nuclear power stations in the UK, and the devastating accidents that reshaped the industry, highlighting the lessons learned from these tragedies.

The result is an immersive, user-friendly e-learning programme that delivers both depth and clarity. By combining compelling design, powerful storytelling and expert insight, the training takes participants on an unforgettable journey through the nuclear industry’s remarkable history — educating and inspiring the next generation of nuclear professionals.
From initial brief to the close of the project it has been an extremely positive experience with superb creative and project management throughout.
