How can we lead the way in driving positive change and setting new standards in the Foodservice industry?

Solution

Our brief was to provide an independent outlook on the future of the UK Foodservice market and generate insights for QSR and FSR channels. Providing Arla with scalable, customer-focused innovations that could feed their 5-year innovation pipeline.

We began by deep diving into the key challenges and innovations emerging within the sector. Together with our client we identified areas for test and validation with key customers.

Blending primary qualitative and quantitative we arrived at a selection of test concepts and innovations to scale within the business.
