
Shaping Leadership for Industry 5.0

Our challenge was to explore how can leaders adapt to the evolving demands of Industry 5.0, navigating the intersection of technological advancements, demographic changes, and environmental imperatives while fostering innovation and responsibility?

After nine months of collaborative research with Henley Business School’s academic experts, we developed a series of Leadership Futures Reports. The suite of reports each focus on a specific theme, including People, Purpose, and Technology- designed to equip leaders with the insights and tools needed to maintain competitiveness, and drive positive change in a rapidly evolving landscape.
We investigated the opportunities and challenges of this transformative era, offering leaders a strategic roadmap for navigating a future defined by augmented human capabilities and next-generation technologies.
Our founders, Matt and Kate have also hosted a series of live webinars alongside the launch of each report, as part of this Leadership Futures work. Collaborating with experts at Henley Business school, they’ve discussed everything from leading change in the AI era, to leading with purpose.
