Originally founded in Australia, Élan Laser Clinics is an international, modern brand of aesthetic laser clinics, combining the latest medical grade technology with a luxury spa-like experience.

Élan are following a rapid expansion programme in the UK and across key territories in Europe. We have been working with them to support their bold transition, both strategically and creatively, developing a brand proposition and communications strategy to clearly differentiate the brand and set a new benchmark in a highly competitive market.

We developed a clear brand positioning strategy, including a brand messaging house, manifesto and brand positioning statement to effectively introduce, identify and communicate the core USPs and benefits.

Our creative team brought the brand story to life by scripting and developing a bespoke brand film and writing a comprehensive brand book.

We then applied our creative vision to the design of a new website, brand literature and social media assets. Conveying their distinctive proposition in a consistent and emotive way, across typography, tone of voice and photographic art direction.

We also worked closely with our client to co-create the design vision for Élan‘s flagship UK store in central London. The concept for the store was to offer a calming and restorative experience that promotes self-care and wellbeing while utilising the latest technology.
