As one of the largest digital-first beauty retailers in the world, The Hut Group was keen to explore how to bring their unique brand and product portfolio to life within a physical retail environment.
Having purchased one of the oldest and most iconic grade II listed buildings on Kings Street in Manchester, our brief was to develop a strategic and creative vision that would be groundbreaking in its thinking and drive awareness of the brand amongst new audiences.

We imagined a space named 'Hutscape' that would become 'a magnet for the curious'. morphing and evolving from day to night and week to week to deliver an immersive brand experience filled with a sense of serendipity and discovery. Blending health and beauty treatments and services with product displays and installations.
Inspired by the way health and beauty products and services must evolve post-pandemic, we developed a concept that puts people at the very centre of the experience. Creating a highly immersive and deeply rewarding experience that would appeal to influencers and consumers alike. Alongside our sketches and strategic narrative, we developed a film to articulate our vision too.
