FutureBack Workshops

Product Innovation Strategy

A strong product innovation strategy identifies unmet consumer needs, tailored to a specific market sector, with the intention of defining opportunities and gaps in the market and generating ideas for future innovation strategy. Connecting this with the overall business strategy enables a coherent vision for the business as a whole, which can drive long-term innovation.

Futures Briefings

We regularly host bespoke futures briefings for our clients, designed to be thought-provoking and to spark conversations about future strategy. Our briefings are hosted either virtually or in-person, and each one is tailored to our clients specific brief.

Futures Reports

Forecasting requires a combination of market research and consumer data that can help identify future purchasing habits and customer preferences. By studying social, cultural, ethical and environmental shifts we can recognise how this will likely affect consumer behaviour and provide you with insight to your customer's unmet needs and inform your Innovation Strategy.

Global Innovation Tracking

Innovation in every sector is moving at a rapid pace. We create bespoke global innovation reports, tailored to a specific market sector, consumer group or product category, with the intention of identifying opportunities and gaps in the market and sparking ideas for future innovation strategy.

Future Vision & Scenario Planning

Long term forecasting (5-10 years) allows us to look at broader directional pointers that indicate the way society is changing. We can create comprehensive visions for a specific market sector, visitor attraction or store format that are designed to inspire game-changing conceptual thinking.
