Challenge
How can we humanise the Vans’ retail experience to encourage a greater sense of interaction and local relevance?
Taking their plans for an upcoming store in Milan as a working example, our creative and strategic teams worked in close collaboration to ideate how Vans could meet this brief. Sharing a series of consumer meaningful and ‘what if’ scenarios with their global retail team during a live, virtual co-creation workshop.

Luxury retailing is radically changing. As younger luxury consumers continue to rewrite the industry rulebook, and the reliance on technology is deepening in view of the Web3 era, the future of luxury retail must be hybrid, seamless and sustainable.
Following consumer research and careful trend analysis we hosted a virtual event, providing over 300 employees at Capri Holdings (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace) with an insight into the future of luxury retail.

How can we create THE fashion emporium in Malta?
Working in close collaboration, we developed the strategic vision for a department store in Malta named Mavenry.
To inform and inspire our creative ideation, we curated a bespoke retail trend presentation and developed a series of consumer personas.
Our vision was to imagine a new retail experience like no other. Creating a store that is vast in choice and unrivalled anywhere on the island in terms of customer experience.

How can we change the narrative of the aesthetic beauty industry for good?
With their sights set on rapid expansion in the UK and across key territories in Europe, Élan Laser Clinics partnered with The Future Collective to fuel their ambitious vision to set a new benchmark in the industry.
Offering so much more than just a skin clinic, Élan places an emphasis on being inclusive, accessible and delivering hyper-personalisation in a luxurious environment, with exceptional service.
We worked closely with our client to co-create the design vision for Élan‘s flagship UK store in central London.
The concept for the store was to offer a calming and restorative experience that promotes self-care and wellbeing, while utilising the latest technology.

Challenge
How can we create the ultimate beauty and wellness retail destination?
As one of the largest digital-first beauty retailers in the world, The Hut Group was keen to explore how to bring their unique brand and product portfolio to life within a physical retail environment. Having purchased one of the oldest and most iconic grade II listed buildings on Kings Street in Manchester, our brief was to develop a strategic and creative vision that would be groundbreaking in its thinking and drive awareness of the brand amongst new audiences.
We imagined a space named 'Hutscape' that would become 'a magnet for the curious'. morphing and evolving from day to night and week to week to deliver an immersive brand experience filled with a sense of serendipity and discovery. Blending health and beauty treatments and services with product displays and installations.
